Rules & conditions
Participation conditions
To register and take part in the event, the following conditions apply:
- Participants must be 18 years or older
- Complete the registration form with accurate information
- Bring your national ID or residency card and your QR code at entry
- Receive approval from the organizing team on your registration
Event rules
To keep the event fair and motivating for everyone, every participant agrees to the following rules:
- Attend on time for every stage
- Work in a team of 3 to 5 members at most
- Respect intellectual property and never use others' work without permission
- Follow professional conduct and etiquette throughout the event

Who can take part?
Anyone aged 18 or older who completes the registration form with accurate information and whose request is approved by the organizing team.
How many members can a team have?
Each team has 3 to 5 members at most.
What should I bring on the day?
Bring your national ID or residency card and the QR code you receive once your request is approved.
How will I know my request was approved?
We will email you the review result, including your entry QR code if approved.
